Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Dwarka. The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of insurance agencies, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Agency Manager will also be required to recruit, train, and mentor new agents, manage client relationships, and prepare regular reports on performance and market trends.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
