Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Ludhiana. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the agency sales team, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring achievement of sales targets, providing training and guidance to team members, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves strategizing and implementing business development plans to foster agency growth and profitability.
