Job Title: Agency Sales Manager – Agency Channel Location: Ludhiana, Punjab Company: Niva Bupa Health Insurance Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Agency Sales Manager to join our team in Ludhiana. The role involves recruiting, developing, and managing a team of health insurance agents to drive business growth. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the region through effective agent management and consistent achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Agent Recruitment: Identify, interview, and recruit prospective health insurance agents in and around Ludhiana. Training & Development: Train new agents on Niva Bupa’s health insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance procedures. Business Development: Drive health insurance sales through the recruited agent team to achieve assigned targets. Team Management: Motivate, mentor, and monitor agents to ensure productivity and adherence to business objectives. Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, provide feedback, and take corrective actions to ensure agent effectiveness. Market Penetration: Explore local markets to tap potential customer segments and enhance agent reach. Reporting: Maintain regular MIS and provide reports to the branch and regional sales leadership.
