Role Description

This is a full-time Agency Manager role located on-site in Gurgaon at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Limited. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing agents, achieving sales targets, developing strategies to increase business, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Agency Manager will oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of agents.

• Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Certification in Insurance or relevant field is a plus
