Job Summary: As an Agency Manager in the Agency Channel at Aditya Birla Health Insurance, your primary responsibility is to build, manage, and develop a team of insurance advisors (agents) to drive sales and achieve business targets. You will be responsible for recruitment, training, and performance management of your agency team while ensuring compliance and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard prospective insurance advisors as per the defined recruitment process. Conduct training programs for agents to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills. Guide and support agents to enhance productivity and performance. 2. Business Generation: Drive health insurance sales through the agency channel by motivating agents to meet sales targets. Monitor and track the daily/weekly/monthly performance of agents and take corrective actions. Ensure the achievement of assigned business targets in terms of policies and premium. 3. Team Management & Motivation: Build and maintain a strong, motivated team of insurance advisors. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to agents to ensure continued performance improvement. Organize recognition programs and engagement activities to keep the team motivated.
