Role Overview: The Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) will be responsible for driving business growth through agent recruitment, development, and activation. The role focuses on building a strong agency pipeline, meeting business targets, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement in line with Max Life’s standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Agent Recruitment Identify and build a pipeline of prospective insurance agents. Develop multiple sources of agent hiring and conduct referral activities. Implement the MNYL GOLD process and adhere to hiring norms. Ensure compliance with the 9-pointer agent hiring mechanism. 2. Agent Development Provide structured product and sales training to agents. Develop agent prospecting, calling, and business development habits. Work with agents to set activity plans and review progress. Identify training needs and coordinate with internal trainers. 3. Business Targets Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business goals. Improve agent productivity and persistency. Maintain product mix and ensure adherence to company standards. Track agent activation and performance metrics. 4. Customer Centricity Act as a Max Life brand ambassador. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly. Build long-term loyalty through superior customer service. Conduct customer meets to assess needs and collect feedback. Key Competencies Strong sourcing and selection capability. Ability to nurture and develop agent talent. Result-oriented and target-driven mindset. Customer-centric with strong relationship management skills. Effective planning and execution ability. Hiring Specifications (CLEAN Filter) City: Candidate must have spent minimum 4 years in the city. Loyalty: Average job tenure of at least 1.5 years. Experience: Minimum 2 years (sales/insurance preferred). Age: 24 to 38 years. Non-Negotiable: CLEAN filter compliance mandatory. Measures of Success Achievement of GPA and business plans. Successful recruitment and activation of agents. Persistency levels as per MNYL grid. Number of EC/MDRT agents developed. Achievement of GOLD Score.
