Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in Jaipur. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include conducting team meetings, providing sales support, performance monitoring, and mentoring agents for career development.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment and training, particularly in insurance or financial services
Proven track record in sales target achievement and performance management
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the insurance sector
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills
Customer relationship management and mentoring skills
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in life insurance or financial services is a plus
