Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in Jabalpur. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents. Key duties include driving sales, monitoring agents' performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the role involves conducting regular meetings with agents to encourage and support their progress, and preparing reports on sales activities and achievements.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train and mentor agents effectively
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and market trends
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in a similar role is a plus

• Candidate must be from Jabalpur with having 1 year experience in any sales
