Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Development Manager, located in Hooghly-Uttarpara & Contai Medinipore. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents. Key tasks include achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role demands active involvement in market analysis and participating in promotional activities to strengthen agency networks and enhance business growth.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, training, and team management skills
Proficiency in sales strategy development and implementation
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct market analysis and promotional activities
Experience in managing compliance and regulatory requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
