Aftersales Business Performance Manager
to boost Flow Control Business Area sales and partner network cooperation with process plants globally.Valmet’s Flow Control Business Area is one of the leading providers of mission-critical flow control solutions and services for process industries. With our global team of experts and innovative solutions, we help our customers to improve their process performance and ensure the safe flow of materials.As Aftersales Business Performance Manager, you will leverage historical data and business intelligence tools to benchmark and drive sales performance and act as a catalyst for business growth, with a particular focus on valve aftersales.
Main Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, share and promote accurate statistics and insight on historical deliveries, performance and trends at a geographical, industry, application, customer and product level
- Champion and drive the use of historical data and “aftersales yield” statistics within the Flow Control Business Area as a measure of performance and success; support sales to identify opportunities for growth
- Champion and drive the use of historical data and “aftersales yield” statistics with our partner network
- Identify performance drivers; support global sales to cross-use/adapt approaches and models that have proven successful elsewhere
- Provide aftersales forecasts for ongoing projects.
To succeed in this role
- Experience in sales, business development, industrial services or similar role
- In addition to good communication and problem-solving skills, your result-oriented mindset and your ability to motivate others allow you to get things done
- Working knowledge of the process industry and process plant needs (reliability, safety, etc) and understanding of Flow Control products are a plus
- Good presentation and analytical skills
- Good Excel skills, PowerBI skills are a plus.
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and enjoy putting your inquisitive mind to use in a global working environment
The position is based in Vantaa, Finland or a major Flow Control location.Willingness to travel and fluency in written and spoken English are required.
