Job Summary:The After-Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction after product delivery or service completion. The role involves handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams for service support, tracking complaints, managing warranties or replacements, and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and follow up with customers after sales or service delivery. Handle customer complaints, feedback, and queries professionally and promptly. Liaise with technical/service teams to resolve customer issues. Track warranty claims, repairs, or replacements and ensure timely closure. Maintain records of customer communication and service reports. Prepare reports on service performance, complaints, and resolutions. Ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and service departments. Support in customer retention and satisfaction initiatives. Assist in post-sale documentation, AMC renewals, and follow-ups. Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in after-sales, customer service, or coordination roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
