Job Description

The Aftermarket Sales Manager is an expert in rotating equipment maintenance within Oil and Gas, Chemical, and Petrochemical applications, with a solid understanding of the equipment life cycle and the industrial maintenance market. You should possess a strong technical background in reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, pumps, gas and steam turbines applications, as well as other rotating equipment. This role is remote with frequent travel requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing sales and business development activities in assigned territories for Nuovo Parts Inc's enterprise service offerings, focusing on technical shop services, field services, parts sales, and repairs. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships within the country, driving market share penetration through onsite representation and relationship development. Collaborating with global commercial teams to create proposals, quotations, and technical support solutions for local customers is a key aspect of the role. You will need to develop and execute core and non-core sales pipelines with a measurable revenue impact, support project execution based on contractual requirements, and assist in any future business development plans and organizational growth in the country. Additionally, you will serve as the customer entry point for technical support and engineered solutions provision, coordinating with CST technical support and Solution portfolio management. Other duties will include supporting data collection for equipment troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis, interpreting engineering drawings and documents, maintaining flexibility in scheduling to meet customer needs, participating in company-based learning initiatives, and providing regular updates on order intake and forecasts. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance services within the oil and gas/chemical/petrochemical industries. You should have a strong technical background in rotating equipment and auxiliaries, focusing on Operations and Maintenance. Excellent communication skills, a self-starting/entrepreneurial attitude, and established relationships with regional customers are also required.,
