As an innovative service company supporting both reciprocating and centrifugal equipment throughout its lifecycle, you will be responsible for providing field services, parts, and repair for a wide range of industrial rotating and static equipment. You will specialize in repair, maintenance, commissioning, turnaround, overhaul, installation, and engineering services for critical rotating equipment and pipeline maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience working with reciprocating compressors in a petrochemical environment. - Ability to disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble rotating equipment (such as gearboxes, compressors, pumps, and centrifuges) with minimal supervision. - Deliver high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction and professionalism in all interactions. - Install heavy industrial machinery, perform precision alignments, and manage all mechanical connections with expertise. - Maintain a strong safety-first mindset, complete required safety courses, and obtain relevant certifications. - Read and interpret OEM Manuals, blueprints, schematics, and hand sketches for accurate execution of project requirements. - Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Technical Advisors, and clients to keep them informed on project progress, strategies, and execution timelines. - Lead permit activities on-site and ensure proper job task layout for streamlined operations. - Supervise crews, uphold high safety standards, and ensure exceptional quality in the overhaul of high-speed rotating equipment. - Maintain accurate tooling inventory, ensuring proper upkeep and quality control for each project. - Diligently record task-specific activities and daily job progress. Demonstrate proficiency in reading, understanding, and completing check sheets for the equipment being serviced. Qualifications Required: - Possession of a TWIC card and successful completion of DISA drug test & DISA hair follicle test. - Demonstrated clean work history showcasing reliability and professionalism. - Willingness and availability to travel for out-of-town work as required. - Understanding that some projects may require evening/overnight shifts. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).,
