Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Execute customer orders accurately and on time
Share rates/pricing and manage order-related queries
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction
Salary: Up to 25,000 + Attractive Incentives
Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mandatory), Monday to Saturday
Candidate must be a Graduate or Post Graduate
Confident, proactive, and responsible
Computer knowledge, Knowledge on Tally & Zoho will be added advantage.
Ability to multi tasks and work under deadlines
