Role & responsibilities Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Execute customer orders accurately and on time Share rates/pricing and manage order-related queries Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business Coordinate with internal teams for order processing Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction Preferred candidate profile Salary: Up to 25,000 + Attractive Incentives Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mandatory), Monday to Saturday Candidate must be a Graduate or Post Graduate Confident, proactive, and responsible Computer knowledge, Knowledge on Tally & Zoho will be added advantage.
