Position Overview

The Africa Sales Head is a senior leadership role responsible for driving EC-Councils strategic growth, market penetration, and revenue generation across the African continent. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep B2B sales expertise, proven ability to engage senior decision-makers, and a track record of building sustainable growth through strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships. As a key ambassador for EC-Council in the region, the Head will represent the organization to customers, partners, government entities, and academic institutions, while ensuring alignment with global business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and market growth strategy for Africa in

alignment with EC-Councils global objectives.

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring, developing, and retaining enterprise, channel,

government, and academic clients and partners.

  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with CXOs, policy-makers, institutional leaders,

and strategic partners.

  • Lead the complete B2B sales cycle through prospecting, consultative discovery, solution

presentation, negotiation, and closure of large-scale opportunities.

  • Clearly articulate the business value and ROI of EC-Councils solutions in the context of

customer challenges, industry needs, and evolving cybersecurity trends.

  • Deliver impactful demos, executive briefings, and tailored presentations for enterprise and

institutional clients.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure customer success,

seamless onboarding, and long-term engagement.

  • Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine market approach and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and strategic reports to leadership for

effective decision-making.

  • Represent EC-Council at regional conferences, industry forums, and strategic events,

strengthening market presence and positioning as a thought leader.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within cybersecurity, IT training, SaaS, or

technology solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value B2B deals and engage with C-level

stakeholders.

  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to effectively map client needs to technical

solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a track record of

independently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
