Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage budgeting and cost control for pantry supplies, cleaning, housekeeping, and chemical procurement.
Oversee chemical usage, storage, and proper dilution techniques to maintain safety and effectiveness.
Coordinate with housekeeping and cleaning teams to ensure adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
Maintain inventory and procurement processes for pantry, cleaning supplies, and chemicals.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing.
Monitor cleaning operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepare regular reports on budget utilization, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
Support the facility management team in implementing policies and procedures aligned with hospitality standards.

Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality or hotel management with exposure to facility management functions.
Proven experience in budgeting for pantry, cleaning, housekeeping, and chemicals.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, their safe handling, and correct dilution practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with health and safety standards in hospitality settings.
