About the Role:

We are looking for a performance-focused Affiliate Manager with 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing affiliate partners and delivering campaigns across both Mobile and Web platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong existing relationships with publishers and affiliate networks across Indian and International markets. This role requires expertise in driving sales, ensuring campaign delivery, optimizing performance, and maintaining strong partner relationships to achieve monthly revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate & Publisher Relationship Management

• Build, strengthen, and expand partnerships with affiliate networks, direct publishers, app developers, website owners, and traffic vendors in both Indian and International markets.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners to ensure sustained performance and retention.
• Negotiate media buying rates, payout models (CPA/CPL/CPS/CPI), and commercial terms to maximize profitability.

Campaign Execution & Delivery

• Plan, activate, and manage campaigns end-to-end across Mobile & Web user acquisition and performance marketing.
• Monitor performance metrics (installs, leads, sales, CTR, CVR, ROI, etc.) to ensure quality traffic and achievement of KPIs.
• Identify and resolve campaign issues including under-delivery, fraud, data discrepancies, and quality concerns.
• Ensure accurate daily/weekly reporting for clients and internal teams.

Sales & Revenue Growth

•   Understand client requirements and present suitable campaigns, publishers, and inventory options.
•   Proactively identify upsell opportunities and new revenue channels within existing accounts.
•   Achieve monthly revenue and margin targets consistently
•   Analyze traffic sources and optimize for performance based on data trends.
•   Generate actionable insights for scaling campaigns across geographies.
• Conduct performance review calls and presentations with partners and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing / Media Buying.
• Strong existing network of publishers and affiliate partners across India and International regions.
• Hands-on experience managing Web & Mobile campaigns acquisition and delivery.
• Understanding of tracking & attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava) and affiliate platforms (HasOffers, Affise, Trackier, Cake).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Go getter and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
