Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales & Affiliate Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and expand our affiliate marketing program. You will be responsible for managing both direct sales and affiliate partnerships, optimizing campaigns, and building strong relationships to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Management:Develop and execute strategies to drive direct sales and meet company revenue targets.Build and manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities and nurture leads through the sales funnel.Track sales performance and ensure timely follow-up to close deals. Affiliate Program Management:Oversee the affiliate marketing program to generate leads and sales.Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.Collaborate with affiliates to create promotional campaigns and track performance.Provide affiliates with necessary marketing materials and resources.Performance Analysis & Optimization:Monitor both sales and affiliate campaign performance.Analyze data to optimize both sales strategies and affiliate programs for maximum ROI.Prepare and present regular reports on sales and affiliate performance.Collaboration with Marketing Team:Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and affiliate marketing strategies.Coordinate with content, creative, and digital teams to develop sales and affiliate marketing assets.Qualifications:Experience: 2+ years in sales and affiliate marketing, or a related field.Skills:Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to manage and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns.Strong analytical and performance tracking skills.Tools: Familiarity with sales CRM, affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., ShareASale, CJ Affiliate), and Google Analytics.Key Attributes:Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies.
