Affiliate Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and grow strong affiliate partner relationships to drive qualified traffic and revenue.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliate partners aligned with the brands goals.
  • Optimize existing affiliate campaigns by analyzing performance metrics, ROI, and conversion data.
  • Set up and manage affiliate creatives, tracking links, banners, and product feeds.
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge of major affiliate platforms such as CJ, Avangate/2Checkout, Impact, and similar networks.
  • Apply deep understanding of affiliate sales strategies to effectively drive revenue through affiliate channels.
  • Work efficiently with content publishers and coupon sites, understanding their operating models and collaboration needs.
  • Engage and build relationships with tech-focused affiliates, including reviewers and software content creators.
  • Identify the right affiliates for our product niche by evaluating audience relevance, traffic quality, and sales potential.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to track KPIs and implement necessary actions.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop high-quality affiliate marketing assets.
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate tracking, validation, and timely commission payouts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new affiliate opportunities, and competitor strategies to improve program performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms such as Commission Junction (CJ).
  • Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, data-driven, and result-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the software or SaaS domain.
  • Prior success in scaling affiliate programs across global markets.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools and fraud prevention systems.
