Affiliate Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Manager located in Gurugram. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing affiliate programs, developing and maintaining relationships with affiliates, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals. Day-to-day tasks include affiliate recruitment, communication, performance analysis, and working closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of strategies. The role also involves negotiating and managing contracts, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with performance marketing, pay-per-click advertising, and SEO is a plus
