🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Assist with end-to-end bank account opening processes, including document collection, form completion, and tracking applications.

Act as a liaison with banks and payment service providers to address and resolve operational issues.

Develop a solid understanding of banking and payment workflows, compliance policies, and internal procedures.

Manage professional, fluent English communication with bank representatives and international clients.

Support account management functions and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

🔹 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

Prior exposure to the banking or payments industry is preferred (internships or full-time roles).

Excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken – with confidence to handle independent communication.

Strong organizational, coordination, and execution skills.

Detail-oriented and reliable with a sense of ownership in delivering tasks on time.

Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to grow into business or operations leadership roles are a plus.
