Bear Systems is hiring for a leading defense technology company specializing in the design and manufacture of advanced unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) for national security and defense applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop drone airframes, propulsion systems, and payload integration using CAD tools.
Conduct simulations and analyses (FEA, CFD) to optimize performance and ensure structural integrity.
Lead and support ground and flight testing, troubleshooting, and system validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electronic, and software subsystems.
Ensure compliance with defense and aviation standards; maintain thorough documentation.
Drive continuous improvement in drone design and manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, or similar).
Experience with drone/UAV design, integration, and testing.
Strong understanding of aerodynamics, materials, and structural analysis.
Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience in defense or regulated industries.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and certification processes.
