We are looking for an SEO/AEO Specialist to enhance the online presence and visibility of client websites through effective search engine and answer engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will excel in various SEO and AEO aspects, including audits, keyword research, content strategy, analytics, and technical SEO. The goal is to improve search rankings, drive traffic, and boost user engagement for enhanced conversions and lead generation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic SEO Campaign Execution:

    Take ownership of end-to-end SEO campaigns, from keyword research to post-launch analysis, aimed at driving sustained organic growth for clients.
  • Advanced Keyword & Competitor Analysis:

    Leverage advanced tools to identify key opportunities in search trends, competitor activity, and untapped keywords, helping to refine the SEO strategy for maximum impact.
  • On-Page & Technical Optimization:

    Lead on-page optimization efforts, focusing on content optimization, technical SEO (e.g., schema markup, mobile optimization), and improving overall site health.
  • High-Impact Link-Building Campaigns:

    Drive the link-building strategy by identifying and securing high-quality backlinks, guest posts, and external collaborations that will significantly increase domain authority.
  • Analytics & KPI Reporting:

    Regularly track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and other KPIs. Present findings to stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations for continual improvement.
  • Collaboration & Team Integration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, design, development) to integrate SEO best practices into all aspects of client websites, ensuring alignment across digital strategies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Strategy, Business, or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, with demonstrated success in increasing organic search performance.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of successful link-building strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams to execute SEO initiatives.
  • Should have knowledge of EEAT, latest LLM trends and AI overviews.
  • Should be able to create content outlines based on latest trends.
