Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough title due diligence and legal verification of land parcels. Draft, review, and finalize agreements to sell, sale deeds, MoUs, JV agreements, power of attorney, and other real estate contracts. Handle land acquisition, NA (Non-Agricultural) conversion, mutation, and revenue office-related processes. Provide legal support during client meetings and deal closures to ensure transparent transactions. Liaise with government authorities, revenue departments, and sub-registrar offices. Manage litigation, dispute resolution, and compliance related to land/property matters. Stay updated on real estate regulations, RERA, and local laws impacting land transactions. Act as the legal advisor to clients purchasing land, ensuring all documents are clear and marketable. RequirementsLLB/LLM with specialization in property/real estate law. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in land/property matters (Navi Mumbai/Maharashtra exposure preferred). Strong knowledge of revenue records, 7/12 extracts, mutation entries, NA conversion, and registration process. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work closely with clients, investors, and government offices. Integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability are essential.
