Responsibilities
- Handle multiple clients with diverse requirements, providing tailored advice and solutions.
- Conduct online meetings to understand user needs and preferences.
- Prepare detailed reports to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Allocate the right resources to meet customer needs effectively.
- Coordinate and assist programs with the Lead Advisor to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure timely reporting, follow-ups, and consistent client support.
- Own and drive site visits to meet conversion targets.
Requirements
- Education: Interior Design/Architectural background.
- 2-3 years of experience in the home construction industry in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in understanding customer requirements and providing solutions.
- Passion for home design and customer satisfaction.
