Cogent hub is hiring for inbound sales process: UK telecom

• Handle Inbound Leads:

  Respond to incoming inquiries from potential customers via phone and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Product Knowledge:

  Understand the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products or services to effectively communicate with leads.

• Consultative Selling:

  Identify customer needs through active listening and ask the right questions to recommend tailored solutions.

• Sales Conversion:

  Close sales by overcoming objections, answering queries, and demonstrating the value of our offerings.

• Achieve Sales Targets:

  Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.

Preferred candidate profile Grade and under grade both can apply

• Proven experience in an inbound sales or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume inbound inquiries.

Salary - Fresher - upto 22k in hand Experience -Hike on last salary 30% hike and max is Upto 38k in hand + incentives
