Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive performance marketing sales and achieve revenue targets for the North region.
2. Identify, acquire, and manage key advertisers and agency clients focused on digital performance campaigns (CPL, CPA, CPI, CPM, etc.).
3. Build strong customer relationships, deliver consultative solutions, and ensure long-term client retention.
4. Monitor campaign delivery, optimize results, and coordinate with internal operations/ad-ops teams for flawless execution.
5. Keep abreast of digital trends, performance marketing solutions, and competitive landscape to offer the best opportunities to clients.
6. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular business updates for senior management.
7. Attend industry events to develop new business leads and partnerships.
Requirements:
1. 5–7 years of experience in digital/performance marketing sales.
2. Strong knowledge of digital performance campaigns and ad-tech ecosystem.
3. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing client portfolios.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
