We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager who will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. The role involves working closely with marketing, influencer campaign managers, and the leadership team to convert leads into long-term partnerships. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in positioning IIN as the go-to partner for influencer marketing in India. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Revenue Growth Own and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in terms of revenue and client acquisition. Develop and execute sales strategies for B2B clients across industries like FMCG, Fashion, Tech, Gaming, EdTech, D2C, and more. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with brands and agencies. 2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management Work with inbound leads from LinkedIn, website inquiries, and IIN CRM. Proactively identify new prospects through market research, networking, and outreach. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting. 3. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Conduct needs assessments, pitch tailored influencer marketing solutions, and handle objections effectively. Ensure high client satisfaction and renewals through continuous engagement and campaign success tracking. 4. Proposal & Negotiation Collaborate with the Campaign Strategy team to prepare customized proposals. Deliver impactful sales presentations, case studies, and industry insights. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. 5. Collaboration with Internal Teams Coordinate with Influencer Campaign Managers to ensure smooth execution of signed projects. Provide feedback from clients to the product and operations team for continuous improvement. Work closely with leadership to refine sales playbooks and processes. 6. Reporting & Analytics Maintain updated sales records in IIN CRM. Share weekly/monthly reports on pipeline, revenue performance, and conversion ratios. Track competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong background in B2B sales , preferably in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or media sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with senior decision-makers. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRMs (IIN CRM or similar tools), MS Office/Google Workspace.
