Job Description

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Own and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in terms of revenue and client acquisition.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for B2B clients across industries like FMCG, Fashion, Tech, Gaming, EdTech, D2C, and more.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with brands and agencies.

2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Work with inbound leads from LinkedIn, website inquiries, and IIN CRM.
  • Proactively identify new prospects through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments, pitch tailored influencer marketing solutions, and handle objections effectively.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and renewals through continuous engagement and campaign success tracking.

4. Proposal & Negotiation

  • Collaborate with the Campaign Strategy team to prepare customized proposals.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations, case studies, and industry insights.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Coordinate with Influencer Campaign Managers to ensure smooth execution of signed projects.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the product and operations team for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with leadership to refine sales playbooks and processes.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain updated sales records in IIN CRM.
  • Share weekly/monthly reports on pipeline, revenue performance, and conversion ratios.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong background in

    B2B sales

    , preferably in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or media sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    .
  • Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRMs (IIN CRM or similar tools), MS Office/Google Workspace.
