Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ad Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by selling advertising solutions across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

·   Develop and execute ad sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

·   3+ years of experience in ad sales, media sales, or business development.

·   Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·   Strong understanding of digital advertising, including display ads, sponsored content, and video marketing.

·   Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·   Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
