Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive advertising sales strategy to maximize revenue from outdoor advertising inventory, including large-format hoardings at bike-share stations.
  • Partnership Development:

    Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, brand leaders, and decision-makers at leading agencies to secure long-term, high-value partnerships.
  • Revenue Growth:

    Drive advertising revenue by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and closing high-impact deals.
  • Team Leadership:

    Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing partnerships and sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to design customized advertising solutions that align with client objectives and brand values.
  • Market Insights:

    Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in hyperlocal and out-of-home (OOH) advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Brand Ambassadorship:

    Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the advertising space.
  • Performance Metrics:

    Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of advertising sales initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in advertising sales, partnership development, or business development, with a focus on out-of-home (OOH), digital, or hyperlocal advertising.
  • Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals with leading brands and agencies.
  • Extensive network of senior-level contacts within brands, agencies, and marketing departments.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and execute complex deals.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and clearly articulate the value of advertising offerings.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are passionate about driving impact in a mission driven organization.
