Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Product development
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop software architectures
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and practices
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Strong technical expertise in software development and leading product deliveries
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
