Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Panipat for an Advanced Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and Python Development Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end technical training programs, developing course materials and curriculum, and evaluating learner performance. The role also includes mentoring learners, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring the training programs align with current technological advancements to enhance participants' skillsets effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Training, Training & Development, and Curriculum Development
• Effective Communication and presentation abilities
• Experience of development in industry of atleast 5 years is a must.
• Proven expertise in Advanced Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
• Proficiency in creating engaging and impactful training material
• Ability to adapt to various teaching styles and learning preferences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field; advanced certification in Python or DSA is a plus
• Previous experience in conducting professional or corporate training, especially in technical domains
