Job Summary

• Architectural Leadership : Lead the architectural design and evolution of modern, responsive applications using React, Next.js, and Blazor, ensuring scalability, performance, and Containerization & Orchestration : Design, implement, and manage scalable containerized solutions using Docker, and orchestrate their deployment and lifecycle within Kubernetes environments.
• Database Management & Optimization : Design and optimize robust relational and non-relational database solutions, specifically leveraging Postgres, Cosmos DB, and Azure SQL, to meet application demands.
• System Integration & Performance : Integrate and implement high-performance systems, utilizing technologies such as Apache for data processing and server workloads, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal resource utilization.
• Messaging & Event-Driven Systems : Architect and implement sophisticated messaging and event-driven architectures using Kafka and RabbitMQ to support asynchronous communication and real-time data processing.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and other technical stakeholders to elicit and define technical requirements, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable architectural blueprints.
• Quality Assurance & Best Practices : Champion and enforce best practices in coding standards, software security, performance optimization, and architectural patterns across the entire technology stack.
• Technical Guidance & Mentorship : Provide strong technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous Skills and Experience :
• Experience Level : 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in software architecture and development roles.
• Frontend & Full-Stack Expertise : Strong proficiency and proven experience with modern frontend frameworks including React and Next.js, along with experience in Blazor for web application development.
• Cloud-Native & DevOps : Strong hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for container orchestration in production environments.
• Database Proficiency : Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions with relational databases (e.g., Postgres) and non-relational databases (e.g., Cosmos DB), including familiarity with Azure SQL.
• Messaging & Eventing : Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing robust messaging systems using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Server & Data Processing : Experience with Apache for various server configurations and data processing workflows.
• Solution Design : Demonstrated ability to design comprehensive, end-to-end solutions for complex, large-scale systems, considering aspects like security, reliability, and scalability.
• Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Team Player : Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and influence architectural Points (Nice to Have) :
• Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation tools.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience in a hybrid or remote work setup.
