Job Description

Performance Marketing Manager

  • Salary Pay - 30k to 40k (Depends On interview )

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a performance marketing manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:

  • Plan, create, and manage high-performing campaigns across

    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

    ,

    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    , and

    Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)

    .
  • Set up, test, and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and budgets.
  • Manage multiple ad campaigns with a focus on efficiency and performance.
  • Optimization & Performance Analysis:

  • Regularly analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization, including adjusting bids, targeting, creatives, and other campaign variables.
  • Monitor key metrics such as

    CTR (Click-Through Rate)

    ,

    CPC (Cost Per Click)

    ,

    CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)

    , and

    ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

    .
  • Conduct A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve performance.
  • Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement digital advertising strategies to meet business objectives, including driving traffic, increasing brand awareness, and generating sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices for each platform (Google, Meta, and Amazon) to ensure campaigns are leveraging the newest features and opportunities.
  • Reporting & Insights:

  • Provide regular reporting on the performance of ad campaigns, including data analysis and actionable insights.
  • Communicate campaign results to key stakeholders, highlighting key successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Amazon Reporting, etc.) to track performance and provide detailed analysis.
  • Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage ad budgets to ensure optimal allocation of spend across various platforms while maintaining a high return on investment.
  • Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns and adjusting underperforming ones.
  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure that ads align with branding, messaging, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to integrate paid advertising efforts with broader marketing initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across

    Google Ads

    ,

    Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

    , and

    Amazon Ads

    .
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results (traffic, conversions, sales) through digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with

    Google Analytics

    ,

    Facebook Ads Manager

    ,

    Amazon Advertising Console

    , and other relevant tools.
  • Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of

    PPC (Pay-Per-Click)

    ,

    SEO

    , and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • In-depth knowledge of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives.
  • Familiarity with

    A/B testing

    and other optimization techniques.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple campaigns across different platforms simultaneously.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications

    in

    Google Ads

    are a plus.
  • Experience with
