About Us:

Kedia Homes is a leading real estate brand in Jaipur known for premium homes, thoughtful spaces, and delivering exceptional customer value. We are now looking to scale our digital presence and lead generation — and we’re looking for a sharp, analytical, and creative Ads Manager to drive performance-led ad campaigns.

Role Overview:

As an Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube etc.) to generate high-quality leads for our residential projects. You’ll work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure ads are aligned with brand aesthetics and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube
• Create and manage lead generation campaigns for ongoing and upcoming property launches
• Build custom audiences, retargeting funnels, and conversion-focused strategies
• Collaborate with creative team for high-converting ad copies and visuals
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using platforms like Meta Business Suite & Google Analytics
• Continuously A/B test and optimize for better CTR, CPL, and ROAS
• Stay updated with latest ad trends, platform updates, and real estate advertising practices
• Work closely with sales team to track and improve lead quality and conversion rates

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing/digital ads management
• Proven track record of running lead generation ads, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or luxury sectors
• Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and analytics tools
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and pixel tracking
• Ability to write/brief strong ad copies and work with creative teams
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with excellent ROI-focus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Based in Jaipur or open to relocate (preferred)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM or lead automation tools
• Google & Meta Ad certifications
• Basic knowledge of landing page or website CRO
