Adobe Target Implementation Specialist Location: Bengaluru (Preferred, Hybrid) Experience: 3-5 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Adobe Target Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of personalization and A/B testing strategies across digital platforms The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Adobe Target (including both Visual Experience Composer and Form-Based Composer), experience with Experience Cloud integrations, and a solid grasp of front-end technologies Youll collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to deliver data-driven, personalized digital experiences Key Responsibilities: - Implement and manage A/B, multivariate, and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target - Configure activities using VEC, FEC, and custom code approaches as needed - Define and build audience segments for personalized experiences using Target and Adobe Experience Cloud - Partner with analytics teams to define test success criteria and integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics (A4T) - Troubleshoot activity performance, page rendering issues, and ensure reliable test deployment across environments - Collaborate with developers to implement custom code offers, mboxes, and profile scripts - Maintain clear documentation of test setups, audience rules, and performance summaries - Stay updated on Adobe Target product updates and best practices in experimentation and personalization Required Skills: - 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target - Strong understanding of A/B testing, MVT, personalization, and related optimization methodologies - Experience with VEC, FEC, mboxes, profile scripts, and Target libraries (at js) - Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud and A4T (Analytics for Target) integration - Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for creating and modifying test variations - Proficiency with debugging tools (Adobe Debugger, Charles Proxy, browser console) - Excellent communication and documentation skills Nice to Have: - Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Target Business Practitioner - Experience with server-side Target implementation or hybrid/mobile app testing - Working knowledge of Adobe Launch, Adobe Audience Manager, or CDP integration - Familiarity with personalization strategies using behavioral and contextual targeting - Understanding of GDPR/CCPA compliance in test targeting and data usage Location Note: This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru Candidates are expected to work from the office as per project requirements Number of Openings* 5 Duration of contract* Dec25 Total Yrs of Experience* 5+ Relevant Yrs of experience* Minimum 4+ with Adobe Target Language preference* English Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities) As per JD Mandatory skills* Adobe Target Implementation Skills Approx Vendor billing rate* 9000 - 13000 INR Work Location* Bangalore Mode of Interview: Telephonic/Face to Face/Skype Interview* Teams
