As a Campaign Manager, your role will involve developing and managing Adobe Campaign workflows for targeted marketing purposes. You will design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, utilizing SQL to extract and manipulate data for campaign effectiveness. Integration of APIs for seamless data transfer and process automation, along with extensive data analysis to measure campaign performance, will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your collaboration with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices, implementing A/B testing and other optimization techniques, and troubleshooting and resolving campaign-related issues swiftly are crucial tasks. Additionally, maintaining campaign documentation, reporting metrics, providing insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments, updating and managing customer preferences and data within Adobe Campaign, and training and supporting team members in campaign management tools are part of your duties. Participation in project management tasks to meet deadlines and engaging with clients to understand their marketing needs are also expected from you. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field - 2+ years of experience with Adobe Campaign - Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and reporting - Strong knowledge of email marketing concepts and strategies - Experience in API integrations - Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail - Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks - Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email development - Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to stay updated with the latest marketing trends - A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement As a Campaign Manager, your role will involve developing and managing Adobe Campaign workflows for targeted marketing purposes.
