Role Overview: You should have overall IT experience between 2 to 6 years with technical expertise in Digital Marketing tools. Specifically, you are required to possess at least 2 to 6 years of experience in Adobe Campaign. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrated sound knowledge and experience in marketing domain processes, particularly in email channel and SMS channel, across industry-leading tool platforms. - Hands-on development experience in Email channel, SMS channel, Campaign workflows, Access management, Folder hierarchy, tracking reports, message center, and configuration of emails using HTML content. - Working knowledge in ACM inbound and outbound integration. - Ability to create custom profiles and preference centers using web applications. - Proficiency in leads, targeting, and offer management. - Experience in campaign integration with other tools like AEM, Analytics, and AAM. - Proficient in performing unit testing, creating unit test cases, and maintaining test logs. - Conduct code reviews and maintain a code review tracker. - Assist in UAT and SIT defect fixing. - Familiarity with using defect logging tools like HPQC, JIRA, ServiceNow, etc. - Strong communication skills to drive customer communication for requirement clarification and design discussions.
