You should have an overall IT experience ranging from 2 to 6 years, with technical expertise in Digital Marketing tools, particularly possessing at least 2 to 6 years of experience in Adobe Campaign. Your knowledge and experience should encompass marketing domain processes within the email and SMS channels, utilizing various industry-leading tool platforms. You must demonstrate hands-on development experience in Email and SMS channels, Campaign workflows, Access management, Folder hierarchy, tracking reports, message center, and configuration of emails using HTML content. Additionally, you should have a working understanding of ACM inbound and outbound integration and be capable of creating custom profiles and preference centers using web applications. Your experience should include working with leads, targeting, and offer management, as well as integrating campaigns with other tools such as AEM, Analytics, and AAM. You should also be adept at performing unit testing, creating unit test cases, and maintaining test logs. Your responsibilities will extend to conducting code reviews, maintaining code review trackers, and aiding in UAT and SIT defect fixing. Proficiency in using defect logging tools like HPQC, JIRA, or ServiceNow is essential. Furthermore, possessing good communication skills is crucial as you will be required to drive customer communication, clarify requirements, and engage in design discussions effectively.,
