Your knowledge and experience should encompass marketing domain processes within the email and SMS channels, utilizing various industry-leading tool platforms. You must demonstrate hands-on development experience in Email and SMS channels, Campaign workflows, Access management, Folder hierarchy, tracking reports, message center, and configuration of emails using HTML content. Additionally, you should have a working understanding of ACM inbound and outbound integration and be capable of creating custom profiles and preference centers using web applications. Your experience should include working with leads, targeting, and offer management, as well as integrating campaigns with other tools such as AEM, Analytics, and AAM.
