Role Description

This is an internship on-site role for an Admissions Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Admissions Specialist will engage with prospective students, providing guidance and support throughout the admissions process. Key responsibilities include maintaining open communication with potential students, offering excellent customer service, assisting in recruitment efforts, and collaborating with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets. The specialist will play a vital role in representing the organization and presenting educational opportunities to prospective students.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective students and address their queries.
• Knowledge and skills in Sales and Student Recruiting to drive admissions and support enrollment efforts.
• Understanding of the Education sector to provide guidance on programs and ensure alignment with students' goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or ongoing study in a related area is preferred.
