Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Admissions Specialist. The Admissions Specialist will oversee the enrollment process, assist prospective students, and guide them through application procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with applicants, hosting information sessions, and addressing inquiries regarding courses and admission requirements. The role will require close collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless admission experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with students, families, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Sales and Student Recruiting to identify and engage prospective candidates.
• Knowledge of the education sector and familiarity with admission processes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in relevant software tools and platforms to manage admission processes efficiently.
