Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Specialist, based in Rohini. The Admissions Specialist will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information about MABS programs, and addressing inquiries. Key responsibilities include managing applications, facilitating the recruitment process, and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective students. Additionally, the role involves organizing admission campaigns and actively collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall student recruitment strategy. Qualifications Strong Communication skills to professionally and effectively interact with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders. Customer Service and Student Recruiting experience to provide a seamless and supportive admissions process. Demonstrated success in Sales and Student Recruiting activities, with a focus on achieving enrollment targets. Experience or familiarity with the Education sector and knowledge of PGDM or MBA programs is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills, paired with the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM tools or other database management systems is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a background in education, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
