About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, warm, and well-spoken Admissions Specialist who will be the first point of contact for prospective parents. The role involves handling high-volume calls, guiding parents through the admissions process, and ensuring an exceptional experience aligned with the ethos of The Shri Ram Universal School. Key Responsibilities: Parent Interaction & Lead Management * Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to prospective parents. * Provide clear information about programs, curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and school philosophy. * Follow up consistently with interested parents to drive admissions conversions. * Maintain high-quality communication and a parent-centric approach across all touchpoints. Admissions Process Support * Schedule school tours, counseling sessions, and interactions for parents. * Assist parents through the application, documentation, and onboarding process. * Coordinate with the Admissions Manager and academic teams for smooth handling of enquiries. Data & Reporting * Update enquiry details, call logs, follow-ups, and conversion status in the admissions CRM/ERP. * Track daily/weekly calling targets and provide timely reports. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of all admissions-related data. Brand & Experience Alignment * Represent the school professionally and communicate The Shri Way values. * Participate in admissions events, open houses, parent orientations, and school promotional activities. * Provide insights from parent conversations to strengthen marketing/admissions strategy. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in admissions, customer service, counselling, or call-based roles (preferably in schools/education sector). Excellent communication skills in English; Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage. Strong telephone etiquette, empathy, and ability to build trust with parents. Ability to work with CRM/ERP systems and manage follow-ups efficiently. Target-driven, organised, and able to handle high call volumes. What We Offer: A warm, collaborative work culture.
