Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the enrollment process, providing personalized support and clear information about our programs. Daily tasks will involve engaging with potential learners via calls and emails, assisting with inquiries, and driving enrollment by offering tailored solutions to meet the career needs of applicants. Maintaining records and ensuring prospective students have a seamless admissions experience will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills.
• Experience in Customer Service with a focus on student or client engagement.
• Demonstrated ability in Sales, especially in the education or service sectors.
• Passion for the Education domain and helping individuals achieve career growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Empathy, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
