Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct tele-counselling sessions with prospects to help them make informed decisions about our educational courses.
• Understand each candidate’s profile, professional background, and career aspirations to provide personalized course recommendations.
• Present program features, benefits, and unique advantages in a persuasive and consultative manner.
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments by following a structured sales and follow-up process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and messaging to ensure timely closure of sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets while ensuring high conversion ratios.
• Keep accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales progress in the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any specialization (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech/International Call Centre Sales.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to build rapport and address participant needs effectively.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, Spontaneous and objection-handling skills .
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of ownership, self-motivation, and result orientation.
• Knowledge of executive education programs and corporate training is an added advantage.

Working Days & Timings

• Immediate joining is preferred.
• 5 days working with rotational week-offs.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
