Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries and nurture leads from first contact to admission.
  • Make outbound calls/WhatsApp/email follow-ups as per daily targets.
  • Share accurate information on programs, fees, scholarships, and admission timelines.
  • Schedule and support evaluation process and counseling days.
  • Host/assist campus visits, info sessions and counseling desks.
  • Travel for school/college visits, education fairs and outreach events; capture leads.
  • Maintain accurate records, form entries and updates in the CRM at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 0–2 years (Admissions Counselor in admissions, counseling, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills (English, Hindi; additional languages a plus).
  • Comfortable with targets, follow-ups and working in peak-season pressure.
  • Friendly, student-centric and professional in demeanour.
