Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Admissions Counselor located in New Delhi. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for handling enquiries, communicating with potential leads, educating and informing them about our courses and training, and selling our programs to prospective students. Additionally, the Admissions Counselor will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions and ensuring that all admission procedures are followed.

Admissions Counselor will be :

• Responsible for handling enquiries and getting the enrollments done over the phone.

• Performing counseling & career guidance to candidates over the phone/chat.

• Helping candidates to prepare for admission applications and tests.

• Providing one-on-one career guidance , skills assessment and helping students to choose the best program/course for their career.

• Responsible for providing information about various career options, job markets, and industry trends to the candidates.

• Responsible for converting prospects into Enrollments.

• Responsible for resolving queries related to the courses offered.

• Responsible for maintaining day to day reports as required.

• Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and academic progress.

• Collaborating with teachers, parents, administrators, and other educational professionals to support student's overall well-being and success.

• Responsible for informing students about financial aid options, scholarships, grants, and student loan processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience or knowledge in the field of Education
• Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Fluent in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or marketing experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude, energetic and goal-oriented
